Advisory Board

VA Automotive´s Advisory Board consists of individuals who bring different perspectives to the Board’s work and growth in the company. The purpose of the Advisory Board is to use its expertise to contribute to VA Automotive’s long-term goals. The mission also involves advising on issues related to strategy, development and innovation.


Ingvar Karlsson
Owner of St. Jacob Finans AB, a company providing services in the field of financial management.
Ingvar has worked as controller and CFO, both in Sweden and abroad. He has also worked in the Perstorp Group, Gambro, Doro (publ) and most recently in Lekolar.
Ingvar has great experience in everything from strategy to operational management functions in manufacturing, distribution as well as work in the public sector.


Peter Nilsson
Peter works as CFO for Finjasjön Group with a special focus on strategy and growth.
Peter has previously worked as a chartered accountant and partner at Mazars SET Revisionsbyrå.
Peter worked against both listed and privately held companies, with particular emphasis on the acquisition and transfer of businesses. The emphasis of the missions have been manufacturing and contracting companies.

thorbjörn Thorbjörn Wennerholm
Lawyer and partner at the law firm Lindahl.
Thorbjörn works primarily with corporate law and commercial contract law with a focus on M&A. He has solid experience of both Swedish and international M&A and advises buyers, sellers and their financial advisors on all types of corporate acquisition. He represents industrial and trading companies as well as private equity funds and other financial players.
christer Christer Wiberg
CEO/Project Manager at Wiberg & Company Reklambyrå AB
Christer works primarily with advertising and marketing issues. He has many years of experience in project management, design of marketing strategies, implementation and monitoring. He has more than 20 years of experience and has worked with many companies in varied industries usually in close collaboration with the President, Marketing or Management Group.
